This upcoming November will mark my 10th year as a full-time licensed real estate agent and Realtor in metro Atlanta. 10 years! Back in 2009 when I started, we lived in a brief period of economic uncertainty. America was experiencing its worst housing market since The Great Depression. However, over the years, I witnessed the market bouncing back stronger than ever.
During this time, I have served the real estate needs of over 350 clients of all types. A particular honor that I absolutely love is the fact that I have had the pleasure of helping many first timers buy their first home, and years later, I helped them sell their first home.
Today, in 2019, the market in metro Atlanta is beginning to shift again. These cycles run in 8-10 year periods on average. I have experienced the ebs and flow of very different markets and I am uniquely qualified to advise my clients on how to best navigate changing markets in order to outperform them when buying or selling real estate in metro Atlanta.
